Taking that first step and asking for help can feel scary. Therefore, my approach to therapy begins by developing a trusting, reciprocal relationship with my clients. I believe trust is fostered through honesty, support, connection, acceptance, and understanding. The formation of this relationship is the agent of positive change.
I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and my MSW from the University of Georgia.
