Meet Lisa Sackellares
Hi, I'm Lisa Sackellares, LCSW. I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of GA and have over 15 years’ experience working in the mental health field. I currently have a private practice in Cumming, GA where I work with people of all ages facilitating growth, self-awareness, and authenticity. I am also a certified Chi for Two Embodiment Coach. Chi for Two is a mindful embodiment method which is attachment-based, trauma-sensitive and polyvagal-informed and can help heal multi-generational trauma. It has transformed and added a vital dimension to my work with clients by including body-based practices that are relational and developmental. These practices ultimately help to rewire our nervous system and heal trauma from the inside out.
